The goal is Quality, Support and Discretion

The “NEW BEE” Cooperative is an example of dedication to rural development and the promotion of Greek agriculture. The main objective of the cooperative is to provide seamless assistance to its members during all stages of the agricultural process, from cultivation and harvesting to the receipt and disposal of their products.

The cooperative’s experienced staff play a critical role in supporting its members. They provide valuable advice and sound directions for optimal crop management and ensuring high quality products. In addition, through the phytopharmacy it has, it provides producers with the opportunity to obtain agricultural supplies at very affordable prices, strengthening agricultural activity.

However, the most important goal of the cooperative is to promote the excellent quality and nutritional value of the products in the market. From the initial cultivation to harvesting, standardization and distribution, the cooperative uses the most modern methods in order to ensure the high quality of the products. This allows it to take a leading position in the field of agricultural cooperatives in the Prefecture of Pella.

The triptych of the success and continuous development of the cooperative “THE NEW BEE” consists of three important pillars: quality product, universal support and happy members. One of the main systems used is the Cooperative Information and Management System (CMS). This system enables effective management of members, resources and activities of the cooperative. It provides capabilities to automate processes, monitor financial performance, and analyze data for decision making. By implementing this system, the cooperative can improve its efficiency, reduce its operating costs and increase transparency in the management of its resources.

In addition, the Production Process Management System (PMS) is another important tool for the increased productivity of cooperatives. This system allows efficient management of production processes, quality control, storage and distribution of products, as well as monitoring of production performance. This helps to increase productivity, reduce losses and improve the quality of products and services.

The above systems are not only management tools, but are also important tools for improving communication and cooperation within and outside the cooperative. They allow easier access to information and the exchange of data with other businesses and organizations. This enhances cooperation and networking, offering new opportunities for the development of businesses working with the cooperative.

Overall, the implementation of the most successful systems for the computerization and computerization of the cooperative is a catalyst for the improvement of the services provided by the cooperative to the cooperating companies. They help increase efficiency, reduce costs, improve quality and enhance collaboration, creating an environment where cooperatives can grow and thrive in a rapidly changing global economy.
