COMPANY

Our company was converted into a Ltd. in 1991 with full Hungarian ownership, looking back on nearly 20 years of organisation past. Our main activity is the egg processing, manufacturing of egg products, egg packing, and the recycling of the by-products which spring up during the processing.

In our plant we produce variant pasteurized egg fluids, dry egg powder, drawn boiled eggs, cooked egg bar and egg products with disinfected shell. We run on sorting and packing of culinary fresh eggs in our egg packing plants.

With the recycling of the by-products – which spring up during the processing – , the eggshells and the forage egg powder we produce (particularly for pets developed) forage products.

PRODUCTION

The headquarter and trade centre of our company is located in 2317 Szigetcsép, Dunsaor street 073/72, which is the administrative centre as well.

Our pattern shop is located in 1147 Budapest, Telepes Street 51.

There are several independent plants at our sites in Szigetcsép. In one of them is running the production of pasteurized liquid eggs, the production of different egg powders. There is a plant for the production of hard boiled peeled eggs and boileg egg sausages. The third plant is responsible for the egg shell disinfection and packaging. The so called ToTu products, which are based on egg white, are produced at the fourth plant. There is a separate plant for the utilisation of by-products with the production of different feeds.

Our company went through a dynamic development during the past years, our return from sales has multiplied, and today we are present in numerous European countries.

SAFETY

We guarantee the quality of the products with the constant development of the technological background and with suitable quality-insurance systems. In 1998 we acquired the ISO 9002 and in 2002 the ISO 9001quality-insurance and the integrated HACCP systems. The three-yearly certification and the annual supervisory certification of the systems have been carried out by the Bureau Veritas.  The systems follow the changes of the standards properly, which is controlled and confirmed by the certification organisation.

The EU controll number of the liquid egg production plant in Szigetcsép is: HU 343,of the egg boiling plant is: HU 913. The registration number of the egg shell disinfecting plant isHU-12-TCS-008. The feed production plants numbers are HU 13 1 00135 and HU 13 1 00136.

Beyond our achieved results we consider it very important to create a good relationship with our partners and to keep the once earned confidence.

Our products are on carpet in the whole country with the maximal lookout ofthe customer demands and based on personal arrangements we transport abroad.

Our sales managers are familiar with every domestic region. We worked out significant partnerships in the neighbouring countries.

We are in a contact with almost every Hungarian and some important foreign food processor mills, which show the success of our achievements.

FRESH PRODUCTS

Fresh culinary egg

Fresh egg from salmonellae-free stock and controlled mill. Packing happens after suitable sorting and classifying in 360-pieces and 10-pieces boxes. We deal them in size M (53-63 g) and size L (63-73 g).

Fresh egg with disinfected shell

Fresh, grade “A”, sorted, graded eggs, disinfected by an efficient cold-mist process. The effect of disinfection is guaranteed for 21 days. Disinfection kills any occurring pathogenic bacteria, but the original protective layer of the egg remains intact. Special foil packaging protects the product from re-contamination. In undamaged packaging, the effect of disinfection is guaranteed for at least 21 days. It is packaged in a 90-piece tray covered with food industry foil. Available in weight classes “M” (53-63 g) and “L” (63-73 g).

EGG LIQUIDS

Pasteurized
whole egg liquid

1 kg of the product contains 22 pieces of eggs, with the natural balance kept between egg-yolk and egg-white. The product can be produced with or without preservatives.

The one with preservatives is made in 20 kg-s in plastic jugs coated with polyethylene has to be used in 12 days, or in 1 kg box has to be used in 21 days.

The one without preservatives is made in 20 kg-s in plastic jugs coated with polyethylene has to be used in 4 days.

Pasteurized
egg-yolk liquid

1 kg product contains the egg-yellow of 63 pieces. The product can be produced with or without preservatives. The one with preservatives is made in 20 kg-s in plastic jugs coated with polyethylene has to be used in 12 days, and in 1 kg box has to be used in 21 days. The one without preservatives is made in 20 kg-s in plastic jugs coated with polyethylene has to be used in 4 days.

egg-white liquid

1 kg product contains the egg-white of 33 pieces of eggs. The product can be produced with or without preservatives. The one with preservatives is made in 20 kg-s in plastic jugs coated with polyethylene has to be used in 12 days, and in 1 kg box has to be used in 21 days. The one without preservatives is made in 20 kg-s in plastic jugs coated with polyethylene has to be used in 4 days.

Spec’11 pasteurized
whole egg liquid

Special product, recommended for use in restaurants, canteens and hotels. Has a pleasant taste no need for further salting. Omelette made of this product (with proper storing) stays fresh for a couple of hours. In 1 kg box it has to be used in 10 days. The product doesn’t contain preservatives.

TOTU PRODUCTS

ToTu bumpy
egg white product

1 kg of product contains the egg white of 60-70 hen eggs. It is made using egg white, table salt and vinegar, with a carbohydrate content of 0.4% and a salt content of 0.4%. The lint-free packaging provides a 30-day shelf life. It is available in packs of 100, 250 and 600 g.

ToTu cream
egg white product

ToTu cream egg white product is made using table salt, vinegar and protease enzyme. 1 kg of product contains the egg white of 45-55 hen eggs. ToTu cream is a spreadable, yet a product with massive consistence.

ToTu extra creamy
egg white product

The ToTu extra creamy egg white product is made using table salt, vinegar and protease enzyme. 1 kg of product contains the egg white of 45-55 hen eggs. The product resembles sour cream in texture.

ToTu drink
egg white product

The ToTu drink egg white product is made using table salt, vinegar and protease enzyme. The product is reminiscent of milk, especially long-life milk, in both texture and color, and to some extent in taste.

BOILED EGGS

Boiled, peeled egg in salty water

Boiled, peeled egg in lightly salted and sour liquor.

Sizes: “S”-“M”. It is produced in plastic bucket containing 60, 30 or 10 pieces, has to be used in 35 days, or in sachets containing 4 pieces, have to be used in 90 days.

EGG LIQUIDS

Whole egg powder

1 kgwhole egg powder contains the dry material of approximately 89 pieces of eggs produced by diffuser drying. Add 3 units of drinkable water to 1 unit of powder, mix it gently. Package is 20 kg and 5 kg coated with polyethylene, packed in paper bags. You can use it until 24 months.

Egg-yolk powder

1 kg product contains the egg-yolk of approx. 130 pieces of eggs produced by diffuser drying.Usage: add 1,3 units of drinkable water to 1 unit of powder, mix it gently. Package is 10 kg coated with polyethylene, packed in paper bags. You can use it until 24 months.

Egg-white powder

1 kg product contains the egg-white of approx. 250 pieces of eggs produced by diffuser drying. Usage: add 8 units of drinkable water to 1 unit of powder, mix it gently. Packaging is in 10 kg and 3 kg paper bags (closed with sewing) padded with polyethylene foil or in 1 kg 0,5 kg and 0,15 kg plastic bucket. You can use it until 24 months.

Boiled whole
egg bar

1 kg product contains 22 pieces of homogenized, boiled eggs, egg-white and egg-yolk in it’s natural balance. As a result of gentle salting and treatment with food acid it has well-balanced taste. Because of the five-layer plastic bowel it has to be used in 35 days. Package: 500 g.

Boiled egg-white bar

1 kg product contains homogenized, boiled egg-white of 33 pieces of eggs. It is produced without additives; it can be flavoured depending on consuming. Because of the five-layer plastic bowel it has to be used in 45 days. Package: 500 g.

Boiled egg-yolk bar

1 kg product contains homogenized, boiled egg-yolk of 63 pieces of eggs. It is produced without additives and flavouring, it can be flavoured dependent on consuming. The five-layer plastic bowel has capacity to block oxygen and steam, so it has to be used in long term, 35 days. Package: 500 g.

Body egg

1 kgproduct contains homogenized egg-white of 33 pieces of eggs. It is produced without additives. Because of the five-layer plastic bowel it has to be used in 45 days. Package: 150 g, 250 g.
