Groward Group group of companies comprises several progressive and innovative agribusiness enterprises employing over 700 specialists. We are one of the fastest growing agricultural business groups in Lithuania. The main activity areas of Groward Group are eggs and egg products, poultry and grains. They are focused on ecology, natural products, and aim at high-quality products and services, as well as added value. A large share of production is exported to Germany, the Netherlands, Denmark and other countries in Western Europe, Scandinavia and Asia.

Groward Group, then VG Agro Holding, started its operations in 2012 after its incorporation by Viciunai Group, one of the largest and economically strongest producers of fish and other food products in Europe. It took five years of consistent growth and development of new agricultural businesses for the company to earn the trust of many Lithuanian farmers and foreign partners. In 2017, the company was ready to undertake independent business development, which was the start of the international agribusiness group of companies called Groward Group.
Main business areas
Groward Group produces high added value grain, poultry and egg niche products for businesses and private consumers. Said business area takes a priority position in the company’s activities – we are the largest egg and egg product suppliers in the Baltic States, where we were the first to offer a mass supply of “happy” eggs, and we relate the future of this business with non-caged eggs. Groward Group egg products have been evaluated by Unilever and Qatar Airways, as well as other globally operating companies in the fields of food production, trade, transport and others.
ECO business
Groward Group pays special attention to ecology, natural properties and sustainable activities, both in the development of finished products for private users and the supply of business-oriented production and raw materials. We offer such organic and niche crops as lentils, linseed, chickpeas, mustard and hemp seeds, etc. to customers. We personally monitor the entire organic production chain – from grain cultivation, processing and transportation to the manufacturing of balanced Lithuanian feeds.
Continuously expanding its business areas, Groward Group organises transportation of standard, organic, oversized and fragile cargo, as well as freight forwarding and tank-vehicle transportation services. The group’s lorry fleet currently comprises nearly fifty new-generation trailers usually used for the transportation of cereal crop products, animal products, egg products, frozen or perishable meat products and other agricultural products. The company’s transportation routes extend from the countries of the Baltic region and Europe to the CIS countries, while the available permits and trailer capacities allow for the transport of cargo with a weight of up to 30 tons and a length of up to 25 metres.
The vehicles are primarily used to meet the needs of different Groward Group companies and businesses. Therefore, we are perfectly aware of what can be important for potential customers looking for transportation services. In order to ensure high-quality, prompt and safe cargo transportation, Groward Group makes regular investments into the expansion of its vehicle fleet, as well as modernisation, smart technologies and the installation of auxiliary equipment in the vehicles. The company’s trailers intended for transportation of bulk and palletised cargo are provided with the newest moving floor system featuring refrigerators and special chambers or tipping body semi-trailers which, with the help of a blower compressor, unload the products with maximum efficiency. These solutions allow us to ensure efficient operation, prompt loading, and a timely delivery and unloading of undamaged cargo. The reliability and quality of transportation services offered by Groward Group are confirmed by the official animal transportation permits, a GPM+ certificate and all other required documents.
We do not only transport cargo, but also offer our customers a full package of transportation and related services. Groward Group resolves all issues related to forwarding: it arranges the required permits according to the cargo characteristics and the customer’s expectations, selects the optima route and organises cargo escorting, as well as stevedoring and container handling. We cooperate closely with the largest railway operators, which allows us to always find the most advantageous solution for customers irrespective of whether the cargo is transported by road or by rail. The quality of these services is ensured by the experienced Groward Group team of transport, logistics and forwarding specialists.
Groward Group business model is based on creation of high added-value products. The quality of our products is ensured by the stringent process control inside the company as well as the external biannual audits (GMP+, EKO, FSSC 22000) conducted by international quality auditors.
Groward Group is the main supplier of eggs and egg products in the Baltics. Back in 2017, it pioneered the mass introduction of the Happy (barn) eggs to the market. For the company, the development of this business is around cage-free birds and natural high value-added eggs and egg products.
We manage the entire poultry business chain ourselves. So we keep control of the quality of all products on an ongoing basis. We supply poultry farms with feed made from Lithuanian-grown grains and produced in our grain facilities.

These Lithuanian eggs are laid by the hens fed, by the Groward Group itself, with the feed made from Lithuanian-grown grain. This helps us always guarantee that the final egg product is top quality. They are rich in omega-3 fatty acids which help maintain normal heart activity (the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of at least 250 mg of EPA and DHA). It is a genuine source of protein, useful minerals and omega-3.
Eggs from Zujų Paukštynas poultry farm
Premium quality Lithuanian brown chicken eggs from Zujų Paukštynas poultry farm are offered different sized packs. Standard 10 egg packs contain S, M and L-sized eggs, whereas 6 egg packs contain M-sized eggs for a breakfast omelette. A larger pack with 20 M-sized eggs from Zujų Paukštynas poultry farm offers delicious and nutritious meals for a large family.
Eggs from Vievio Paukštynas poultry farm
The hens are fed with Lithuanian-grown grain, which later turns into feed, in the Vievio Paukštynas and other poultry farms under our auspices. Bird feed is the key determinant of the final egg quality. Therefore, having full control over the process, we can always guarantee that amino acids, protein and minerals contained in our eggs are top quality.
Pasteurised liquid eggs
Pasteurised liquid eggs are made from whole premium grade eggs. Carefully selected eggs are presented in liquid consistency and packed in sterile containers of different sizes.
Pasteurised liquid egg whites
Pasteurised liquid egg whites are made from carefully selected premium grade eggs. The product is prepared by separating the egg whites from egg yolks. The whites are pasteurised, packaged in the chosen sterile containers and frozen or chilled.
Pasteurised liquid egg yolks
Pasteurised liquid egg yolks are made from carefully selected premium grade eggs. The product is produced by separating egg yolks from egg whites. The yolks are pasteurised, packaged in desired sterile containers and frozen or chilled.
Egg powder
The product is free from preservatives and additives. It is a pure egg product.
Egg yolk powder
This premium quality product is produced in line with all food quality and safety standards. The product uses only selected yolks containing no preservatives or additives.
Egg white powder
