Masoni products

The quality of a good product is rooted in the choice of raw materials.

Panforte, for example, is a confection that expresses an ancient and almost magical past through a surprising combination of different flavours. Its preparation is based on the continuous search for balance in the use of the right ingredients, their processing and the harmonious creation of sensations that each single element that composes it can offer. For this reason, Masoni has always chosen to use selected and natural raw materials, through collaboration with trusted suppliers: for example, almonds have always been preferred over the more common apricot kernels, the chocolate is pure, no substitutes are ever used, and the recipe for Panforte includes candied orange, citron and melon, true to the most ancient tradition.

Production continues to remain tied to its origins; the current owners still draw inspiration from the confections elaborated and developed through time by their family.

Processing is entrusted to a close-knit group of valuable collaborators. Masoni’s panforte, panpepato, ricciarelli, cavallucci, cantuccini, copate, torrone, chocolate and hazelnut chocolate bars, Easter eggs, biscuits and all the other products of the Sienese tradition come out of the ovens and moulds thanks to the passionate commitment of Masoni’s pastry chefs and workers.

Special baskets are created for holidays or on request, in which Masoni confections can be complemented with other products typical of the Sienese territory, resulting in combinations of flavours that are also an opportunity to immerse yourself in this awesome environment.
