In 1920, Vicente Soldado brought the first modern beehive to Spain becoming a pioneer in honey and beeswax production.

1950
2nd generation

His 5th son, RAMÓN SOLDADO, entered in to a strong commitment to beekeeping, making it his way of life. He founded “La Reina Apicola”.
